My new connection was activated on 4/10/21 evening. It was big mess on activating when I asked for cancellation and refund they told 45 days and didn’t process it. Basically it was missell from sales advisor as I was not told about activation time. From day one till today 13th oct (10 days of activation) and my internet has not worked for 5 days. I have to raise lot of complaints on call/app no response from them. I am unable to use internet whenever required. Will u pls look into it and help me with cancellation/refund as this guys are not listening me?
