I have received fake or wrong product, so i want refund my cash. Fake product deliver by Ekart. I ordered GENEX Guluxy M31 android smart phone but I got Kemax321.I want refund of my money Rs2999. Instant. The Shopping Site was simple gadget.in on the date 26july2020 (suday).The deliveryboy made us so hurry to buy it after purchased he listened nothing.We Tried a Lot for webiste for return but There is no such sites & customer number &policy of return Product unable to find.Its a very annoyed for every poor people targeted by such things.I strongly recommended To take action agnais Keemax & help to get our money back.We have last trust is in our Law.
They made us fool & cheated us in the epidemic time. I feel Helpless From every one. That Assured me that i can return if there is anything wrong and there is no bill in the box.
