I ordered on 3rd Sept. But they didn’t sent any message or notification to me yet. I want my money back.

I ordered on aug 31. They sent only order number and debited amount.After they never responded my mail. i can’t track my order.whats going on..how many customers cheated by them including me.do something.. otherwise they will do like this always… then none will want to buy through online..please help us….i want my money back… please Do something … Find them…
