I am a poor lady this dhani one freedom card people are charging me continuously from 26dec21 Rs 295 was debited and again today 24jan22 RS 295 was debited i am so poor i have all the proof against dhani people that they said ma’am your one freedom card is cancelled, deactivated,blocked but still they are charging me continuously after i paid all my dues and closed it . They are not giving me closing letter again n again they are saying it’s closed than y 295+295 was debited twice i m so fed up of this dhani people. I have all the records and screenshot against them simply they are charging the customer service is useless, they have treated me really harshly. I want my money back. Pls sir pls i am ready to submit all the documents.
