Respected Sir,
Hello, My name is Boomipandi I live in Sungurampatti village, Thirumangalam circle, Madurai district My jio number is 7695831102 This jio SIM has been lost for two months. When I went to the jio store several times to buy that SIM I was not given a proper solution. The old jio number has been sent as it does not exist. But only the new jio SIM is on sale. I have been suffering without my jio SIM for two months. When I reported this to jio on the complaint number, they told me to wait while I was talking and disconnected. I have the relevant audio recording. So I humbly request you to take immediate action on the Thirumangalam jio Store. Also, I request you to get my jio number. If you do not take action, I will complain to the consumer court and ask for compensation for two months. I ask for an immediate solution
