Ordered a dress of cost 500rs on 7/2/24 from Moongoddess fashion they told the product will arrive on 10/2/24…
On 10/2/24 courier boy called and send qr scan to pay 399 charges for shipping i paid…
Then he told not 399 its like 300+99 again i paid…
Again he called me for previous delayed payment need to pay 799, I paid…
After 10min again he told to pay money for location charges around 1499 i paid..its not it’s like 1400+99 i paid..he told that it will refund…don’t worry mam like that,this is last one mam Gst charges for delayed payment of previous charges like 2999, i paid..
Then he was saying mam you paid delayed …so need to pay again some money..
I said I can’t…then he told ok mam I’ll cancel your ordered if you confirm…then all rs. 8094 money will refund to your account by 5:30pm by the merchant,,,, but not yet refunded,,again he told by 9pm menegre will transfer your all amount to our account…
It’s already 11:41pm … I called several times ,text,message not even single reply from this number 7235962528 please raise a complaint on this…
