The Excitel company just cut my connection and say we cant provide u the service as we can provide only fiber and u have to payand upgrade to fiber so i just ask for refund they denied and say cant do that so they forcefully want me to do upgrade by cutting my connection and says we cant provide that now so i just want my refund
