i try to change my LAST NAME th in pan card using pan cord correction app.
i transfer the money 199 but they don’t give the resipt and they don’t have the contact details.
and they not responce me so i want refund my money. and i think they cheeted me.so i decided to not change my pad details.so i want refund my money
