I tried to book a flight through Happyfare.in. They took the money and never confirmed the ticket. Now they are saying you need to wait for 5 days to process the refund

I tried to book a ticket from happy fares and after they took the money they never confirmed the flight. I tried to reach out to them regarding this but they replied that the refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days
