On 11 March 2022, I tried booking a flight on travolook.in and my booking reference number is-REF742465182
After making the payment of Rs. 4388/- from my SBI credit card, they mailed me saying that my ticket was cancelled due to fare difference and that I’ll receive a refund of the entire amount that I paid. Later within 5-10 minutes I received a call from their customer support number: 0124-643-4800 saying that I’ll get my refund soon. From then I’ve called several times asking for refund but there is no response I’m going through a tough time and the amount really matters to me. Please help me getting back my refund.
