I transfered 5000/- INR to Coinswitch Kuber from an unregistered account, As per the process mentioned on Coinswitch Kuber application the amount should have automatically refunded to the account within 7 days. This has not happened in my case its already been 18 days & no satisfactory support from Coinswitch Kuber. Ticket no. 1372218

I accidentally transfered 5000/- INR to coinswitch kuber from one of my unregistered account which were to be refunded within 7 days, The transaction was done on 23-Dec-2021. The said amount is not refunded after writing so many emails to the coinswitch support i haven’t received the refund & no satisfactory response.
