My name is Anshit Kumar dave, I am a credit card holder in RBL bank. Due to covid 19 I lost my job in August 2020 and till now I am jobless and looking for a job. On daily basis I received call from RBL collection agents regarding the payment and the use to harrass me on daily basis regarding the payment, I told them my condition but still they visit my home address and shouting at my door even though I told them I have applied for my PF amount and it will take 10-15 days but still they are using abusing language and saying that we will call you neighbour’s and relatives. I am mentally stressed now as I am getting whtsapp message in night also .I am sharing the snapshot of the same. I request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful as I tortured by RBL collection agents and I am not able to handle this pressure
