I took some loan from third party app even though i paid on time they are sending warnings regarding that i havent paid and strict action will be taken against me

I took a small loan from an app called handycash of around 10k i paid the loan amount within due date even though i paid within due date they are sending me whatsapp message daily with different numbers stating that i haven’t paid the loan we will send money collectors to your residing i even messages them that i have paid even though they havent stopped
