Hi, I took royals club international membership for 10 years in Lonavala August 2021 for 60000. Now after seeing all the reviews about the company am feeling very insecured. I want my money back.please help me.

This is a fraud company. Send a legal notice to them, Take a sample format online.
After 15 days of legal notice if they do not reply satisfactorily, Raise a complaint in consumer court online at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in. Some time it looks tedious but filing a complaint online is very easy. It may take your half an hour and will save you of much trouble at later point.

i am also a victm of this company at the time of payment they said u can void this agreement before using our service at the time of payment i told them to make emi but they swipe full amount 40000 at ones now i said to refund the money they are saying the cant but can degrade my benifits from 5 ys to 2 yrs and can return 10000 TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP – GOLD STUDIO 1YR OF 6Ns/ 7Ds (STARTING FROM JAN 2022 & VALID FOR 2Yrs/ TILL DEC 2023) instead of 5YRS
MEMBERSHIP FEE – 30,000/- inclusive AMC (instead of Rs. 40000/- excluding AMC/s)
