Sir I took loan just 10000 iam not payed because covid issues they are torturing me continuously pls help me about this situation they given penalty charges totally 8000

First of all mpokket intrest is 10 % and if u borrow for 3 month then it should be 13000.
Also to be upgraded to 10000 your should have taken loan upto 4-5 time it start for 1000 at first .
And if u collect coin then 2 % intrest is reduced so your are wrong.
Do not put fake complaint
As well as before giving loan they states what is the amount u have to pay.
Late payment is 80 rs a day
And u can extend the loan day
Or pay and take loan again
So when I have not taken any loan at all, someone else has taken my documents without investigation, how can I give loan without investigation, it is fraud and not with me, please give justice to this fraud with me , Due to this my cibil score has gone down, due to which I have been facing many difficulties.
