I took a loan from a snapit on 20 Nov and make on time but due to network problem It was on processing so I make another payment and it came through and my money was deducted two time. When I told them about it they said the first payment didn’t reached them so they repeatedly call me and keep on harassing me so I make another payment via upi. After going to bank, I came to know that the money has been transfer to them twice. So I contacted snapit about it but they are ignoring my plead and blocking my calls. So I took loan again on 11 Dec so that they will call me back. So please help me on this situation. I am giving you the payment id which is given by bank
