Dear Team,
I have taken loan from Torri Box 02.04.2023 and my due date is on 08.04.2023 as per app(I have attached the snapshot of app).
I am getting call from Mr. Rahul asking me to pay EMI on 07.04.2023 i.e 1 day before. I said i am paying 1 day before my due on 8th. But he is forcing and using bad words with a girl pay now or else will start to calling with family memebers. (I have attached all the records and message)
He is forcing me to pay now its company rules …so i asked him to send company rules then i can pay but he is arrogantly talking. In app its showing tomorrow due.
Very unprofessionally they are talking with customers…even with a girl he is talking very arrogantly and using Idiot and all words.
