I ordered a refrigerator from Amazon. Amazon, it’s courier facility did not deliver the product at my door step. But at the time of order they promised to deliver at door step, so i request Amazon coustmer service that i take the product at my transporting charge & u will pay my transporting charge but now Amazon tell me that we couldn’t pay you the transporting amount. It’s against our policy. So i need my refund amount
