I surrender my paytm swiping machine on may 2022 but they still active and put charges on every month. I complained on customer care and Grievance officer they didn’t take any action for ur side and they deducted my cash also for this month. If I asked for customer care they said this for previous month amount. I cleared all edc amounts and then only I returned the machine. If I purchased on ur paytm swiping machine they said deposit amount will be refunded but If I ask it will not refunded u cheated on every customers like this. Kindly take the action for my complaint
