Text of Complaint by vishnu:

I booked 2 sleeper tickets for Tirupati to Bangalore on Abhibus website on 28th May 2025 at 14.26. We reached the bus stopping point 15 minutes before the bus starting time of 15.56. The time was 15.56 but the bus did not reach the stopping point. I was waiting for the bus to arrive at the stopping point. The bus was cancelled at 16.13 and the Yolo bus company sent a message on WhatsApp. The bus starting time was 15.56 but the bus was cancelled 16 minutes (16.13) late. The money was not refunded even then. They sent a message that it would be refunded in 2-7 working days. We had to go to Bangalore urgently then. We didn’t even have money to take another bus. We had to borrow money from another source and start 1 hour late to Bangalore in a normal bus. We had to go to Niladri Nagar area in Bangalore. Due to the cancellation of the bus, we were 1 hour late. Due to this, we faced a lot of difficulties in reaching our destination late at night. We still haven’t received a refund. We had to borrow money to take it. We faced a lot of difficulties physically, mentally and financially due to the cancellation of the bus. They also informed us that the bus was cancelled 16 minutes late. We should be compensated for all the difficulties we faced and we needed compensation for a Abhibus unfair trade practices.
