Text of Complaint by Rohit Sahu:

I subscribed for the svice for myself and my sister on 26th of March.
Before the payment, they made a whole lot of promises for the personalised matchmaking but once the payment had been made, they have completely abandoned us.
I have tried to reach out to the personnel assigned to me hundred times over call and whatsapp but she ignores all communications from my side. They don’t receive any of my calls anymore, neither they reply to the messages on whatsapp. They have sent me just one contact number for my sister and that number too seems to be a fake one. And for me, they initially sent some compiled biodata taken from other matrimonial sites and there were no in-person talk from their side.
