I downloaded the alt balaji app and from the app I subscribed to it. I was asked to enter my details and then after asked which package I want to select so I selected the Rs300 package for the entire year. I choose the payment mode of debit card it then redirected me online where I had to put all my card details. After all necessary processing and completion of the transaction I immediately received a message from my bank of the withdrawal but now I am not able to view the shows nor does it show I have subscribed and yes I have received no payment receipt or any proof of payment. I mailed them but no response. This is really unprofessional.
