I sir I have made my payment on February 14 for session 1 of 2023 the payment is made successful to Bharatkosh but in pariksha it showed that transaction failed I have mailed them many times but still pariksha did not refund me and in the website also showing that refund application also not available for me so please take my complaint and help me to bring my money back.

My transaction of Rs 5000 was unsuccessful while registering for the
DGCA exam. The money got debited from my bank account but later I got
an email from pariksha.dgca.gov.in that the registration had failed.
So I registered again and it turned out to be successful. But in the
Bharatkosh portal my initial registration is also shown as successful.
It seems I have done the transaction two times due to a technical
error. Hope you look into it and refund the extra transaction of Rs
5000.

Attached herewith the mail are the details of the two transactions,
the screenshot of the mail received from DGCA of the failed
transaction and the receipt from Bharatkosh of the initial transaction
which was successful.
