I sent the boat 235v2 headphone for repair under warranty, my headphones were not broken. After the boat235v2 product reached to the boat company, I got a message that the headphones are broken. But when the courier boy checked the headphone, there was no physical damage.

11/09/2022, I complained (token no -24389369), boat service center complain no – 24518199
14/09/2022, courier blue dart received my boat235v2 headphone.
I sent the boat 235v2 headphone for repair under warranty, my headphones were not broken. After the boat235v2 product reached to the boat company, I got a message that the headphones are broken. But when the courier boy checked the headphone, there was no physical damage.
After taking the product from me, I cannot take any responsibility. And I can’t take back damaged headphones. I sent the product to be under warranty, why should I take the broken product?
Every time I talk to the service center they keep harassing me with the excuse of 48 hours. No one is solving my problem, till date I have contacted boat service center 6-7 times
