I have scanned some amount for merchandiser qr code because of bank server it’s not received to their account after tht I paid with cash n after two hours I gone for other shop n I scanned their qr code but it’s gone to 1st shop qr owner account but after tht I paid amount to them amount once again by scanning n I gone n enquired the previous merchandiser for cross transfer even they also not received for this I have raised ticket on tht day only but it’s not solved then also it’s showing in display tht it solved so I contacted phone pe customer care they told to enquire in bank if they denied to check then make case against them but I told to them it’s happened from ur side u only have to make crct it but they are denied so I wanna make case against phone pe under fraud case.
