I’m writing this email about the Order ID : 204-1901272-8210765 for which I’ve requested for a refund. I came to know that they have received the package just with Adapter and Charger and not the phone. I only knew when I contacted them regarding my refund. No one from Amazon said that the item is missing.
Instead i got mail from ofm@amazon.co.uk that Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for your orders
I accept that I got refunds for defective items. I have been using Amazon for so long from London, India , Ireland so obviously I order and return and get a refund. But that’s different. But in this case Amazon is trying to cheat me. My refund value is 440 GBP. How can I leave this issue?
Coming back to my issue,
I’ve sent the item around 7th or 8th Dec 2021 and I haven’t received any communication from Amazon that the actual phone was missing in the parcel until I reached you yesterday.
I’m sure that I’ve sent the phone in the package and I haven’t used any 3rd party carriers to send this return. I have used the QR code sent by Amazon and Put this parcel through Royal Mail.
I’ve been a loyal customer to Amazon till now. You can check my history and I never faced such a situation. I don’t know whether it’s a problem with my career or a problem with the Amazon team who received the item.
I’m working in Amazon as a warehouse operator and I know exactly how to pack the items.
I’ve received an email from ofm on 22nd Dec that I do a high number of returns. Is this kind of scam to cheat people on their High value returns? saying that the product is missing?
This is absurd, that they are again asking me to send the product back again to refund the money. I’ve explained several times to the customer care that I’ve already sent the product that I don’t have any phone with me to return anymore.
I’m really frustrated with the way you are handling this order and I’m really not happy with it.
Can you send me the details of the package you received?
1. Is the package opened when you receive it?
2. Did you cross check the weight you received with the Weight with Royal Mail for this package?
3. Any pictures to show me what you have received?
I’m buying a lot of items via Amazon and returning them, but I’m feeling that I’m being cheated here for a high value product which I bought and sent back but still you say that you haven’t received it.
I contacted Royalmail through a call about the missing item. Royalmail needs proof for the missing. Royal mail asked some question
Was the parcel opened when Amazon received it? If so, send a picture of the parcel opened.
After waiting for your reply for so long It has been 2 months. There was no proper response from your end. Why?
My question is
When the item came from amazon i got otp to get the product. Then Why when I applied, I got only a QR code ?
If you would have given a tracking return for this high amount item. I have not suffered this much.
I need a proper response from Amazon end. As a Customer that’s my money no one has the right to take it

OMG exact the same case happened with me .
They picked item. Later said I sent junk. Pickup guy would have never picked it up if it was junk. And there is no resolution by customer service.
Did you then receive the refund or not , and if yes , so how ?
