I returned dell laptop which i had bought from amazon. Its been 12 days and amazon has not refunded my amount. Customer service not giving proper details.

Purchased dell laptop from amazon. As it was not working properly 8 returned it back on 10th November 2020. Still the refund amount has not come and customer service not responding properly on this.
