I purchased headphone from Amazon worth rs 1499. product is faulty so I returned the product, Amazon pickup exicutive who come for pickup product he checked and verified the product and pickup the product, after some days my refund is not credited to my account, am contact with Amazon customer care and they said am returned wrong item and they refused to give refund
