when i placed my return through customer support of amazon business team..they told me your bank account not found in payment option but in my app my account showed in amazon app. but they said it did not showed..so i again add my bank account details and i said i want my refund in this specific bank account only which i add now…
and now they are refusing the accept their mistake..and one of their employ who’s name is kishor d accept their mistake and said to the fault is from our side i send your quiry to rectify team so they can rectify your transaction in correct account within 2 buisness day and he send me a mail regarding rectify my transaction and i also have the proof of mail..nd now talk to another employ and he refused to rectify my refund in correct account…and i dont know what to do now
