dear sir,
I joind a company “inventive soft. sol. ltd.” on 17th of Jan and workerd till 3rd of Feb 2019. my father was not well so i have to leave the company. when i told this to my h.r. he said ok you can resign and he said that i will get salary of my working days. i waited for more then 2 months but there was no responce from his side and 1 day he said i wo’nt get anything coz my workin is considered as training and he said that i have taken leaves on sundays which is already a holiday and on 26th of jan which is republic day. while it took me 2 days to learn everythig i worked overtime too and used my own laptop and number to moniter and prepare reports and to contect company’s employees under me there was nothing provided by their side. and there was nothing in my offer latter that i wont get paid for my training and i also signed the no dues which says i will get my money which i worked for.
when i said i will file a complaint in consumers then they said i have not served the notice period but at the time of resign h.r. sir never told me that i have to serve any notice period if he did then would have done it already.
now they are not replying me anymore so kindly please help me and guide me in this situation
