I requested for xtreme fibre connection on 27th and made payment of rs. 2828 for 3 month connection on 28th. Today it is about a week then also it is not installed.
Apart from that I called to customer care and complaint on this however I did not get any proper response. Now today when I am calling to customer care then the IVR setting for my number is changed and I am not able to connect with any customer care executives.
Apart from that earlier there was an application number active in my Airtel app account but now that application number is also not visible. I request you to kindly take some necessary action to get it installed as soon as possible or else I should get my money refunded.
