Hi,
My name is Sathyaanand,
I requested airtel fibernet through my airtel app on 18-07-2022 (7200378932 is my airtel number),
i got a call from airtel executive , his number is 9940377580 on 19-07-2022,
I clearly said, i required internet connection urgently, he promised me to give within half an hour and also promoted the combo service to take D2H connection as well,
firstly i said no but he keep on convinced me to take the connection, finally i said ok ,
he said the charges for combo is 699 per month and GST extra and for the first month i no need to pay anything , just i have to pay 1501 aloan for both fibernet installation as well as d2h connection installation,
before making payment , he requested my aadhar card , my mobile number, email address, and installation address,
i given everything, the he said , i will check the feasibility then make a payment,
after few minutes , he called me and said me to make a payment immediately,
i too did payment on 19-07-2022
By evening i got a call from D2H connection engineer and he asking for timing to install d2h connection,
I immediately i called the person who contacted me firstly, h said fibernet engineer will come after tomorrow,
after few calls, nothing happen, i contacted Airtel several times, every one said , there is no feasibility in your area so you will get a refund within 3 working days / 7 working days, / 10 working days etc etc,
my D2H connection also got disconnected, i fully frustrated with airtel,
the guy who contacted me for fibernet connection, now he blocked my number ( 9940377580)
payment link also sent by the same person , the card order reference is – 1-CG17TAL and the application Form no is – 0447327973
i tried to call through whatspp ,but didnt pick my call,
airtel seems like doing fraudulent activities,
airtel appointing un professional employees and he dont have any sense to answer a call,
am not sitting simply to watch the D2H channels,
if am not getting any resolution within 48 hours, then i will do consumer complaint by vising consumer court with asking compensation for wasting my time for chasing,,
