I Requested for activation of my braodband account where my excess credit lies…the team really irritating me for Last 15 days… helpline went to an extent saying I should deal only with email team if the initial request was initiated wit them… nobody contacted me to refund the excess credit as committed during cancellation..but later when I was back to my workplace I Decided to activate the connection… pathetic support
