Sir,
This is to inform you that, my flight booking which was scheduled on 23th April 2020, muscat(oman) to patna(Bihar) , cancelled by Air india. the flipkart travel bookings no.
‘FF2003115951060’ and ‘FF2003115950126’.
Ministry of cibil Aviation dated 16th April 2020, full refunds will be allowed without levying any cancellation charges for all bookings made and payment received during the lockdown period from 25th March 2020 to 03rd May 2020 for travel during the same period
As per latest news from covid19, all domestic and international airlines will stop flights.
I booked my journey through travel agency called Flipkart Travel. So, after cancellation of the said flight last year due to the Pandemic, ‘Air india’ refunded the whole amount to Flipkart Travel on Oct’2020. But Flipkart Travel didn’t refund the money till date and delaying the process of refunding by making lame excuses every time though i shared the copy of refund status sent by Air india.!!!Details of booking and mail copies are attached for your reference..
