i recharged thorugh airtel prepaid on 16th Oct for 509.but my number is not charged it still showing 0 balance. I sent mail to airtel on 30th Oct about this issue & they asked me the details of payment & transcation details. I forwarded whatever information I had. Customer care resprestative spoke to me on 1st No 2018. They informed that my problem will be resolved in 2 working days. Its alsmost 8th Nov till now my problem is not resolved & no reply for the mials I’m sending them daily.
