Text of Complaint by Sanju devassy:

I recharged my airtel mobile for Rs. 399/-through airtel thanks app payment made via paytm wallet on 10/9/2021 10.28 am. I lost my payment but not recharged. I contact paytm team but they said payment already made to airtel ltd. So they cant do anything. I submit compliant through airtel thanks app but when i track the complaint it said complaint is closed and not yet get my payment or any response from airtel team
