I recharged my ac with 300 on 25.08.2020 and as per the Monthly subscription charges of 681 for 30 day
I should have got total 13 Days of viewing but I only received 8 days. i e next recharge date 02.09.2020 was provided
On calling their Customer Care No they hung up the phone i explained above.
Then I queried on d2h Customer care email and they vaguely replied They deducted Rs.78 for YPWR (By this one can get a credit of 3 viewing days if he/she is unable to recharge) But i never applied for YPWR.
I am supposed to get 5 viewing days extra.
Dont know How many are being cheated like this.
Kindly Help.
