I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Pre-Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was: I have made recharge today morning for rs 109 instead of 129 by mistake. I can pay 20rs difference amount to provide me service. But they asking me to recharge entire 129 rs again, what kind of justice is this. Please help me

Just change it 129 by charging 20 rs more from him. That’s a great help
