Hello Sir/mam,
I am Prathmesh Thakare AIRTEL user.
Actually the problem is I recharged a wrong number that is (7385816891) instead of correct number (7385016891)from a third party application that is AMAZON of amount ₹2498/- (TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND NIGHTY EIGHT RUPEES)This amount is very huge for me because I am student.
So I request you Sir or mam to please reverse that recharge of ₹2498/-from that wrong number to the correct number.
I tried by contacting Amazon customer service , they said that we can’t help you for this order..And I also tried to Airtel customer services they also said the same thing.
So i am writing this mail …hoping that you will help me .
I request you Sir/mam to please help me and transfer that recharge to my correct numbers account.
Hope that you will help me .
Also reply as soon as possible.
I am sending screen shot of that transaction.
