Hi my order I’d is Sub Order ID 605207610134_1 Asha boutique Stylish v Neck blouse.Size 42 alterable. AMOUNT 353. I have chosen option to return only wrong and defective item . I have received a wrong size 32 , I have an option to select a exchange only so I have chosen that . I received the exchange product on 10th Feb which is also wrong size 38. This time I don’t have option to exchange , I called customer care and they said it’s my mistake we should not able to return or exchange now . She didnot help me in complaining the same and exchange also is disabled . I tried to ask to complain /senior member she can I can talk with but she didnot help me on it. I tried to mail to meesho but that is also not working out. Kindly please help me in the same. It’s a mistake from there side I what I have order is different from what I have received
