I ordered two cargo pants one green and one black but what I receive is this color printed cargo pant that to stain tone absolutely in a very bad condition

Deliver wrong product
Mne Jo order Kiya tha shoe rack wo nhi bja hai
Mne 999 RS diye hai lakin Jo inhone diya hai wo 200 ka bhi nhi hai
How can I refund
I received the wrong product and now he don’t even reply my messages also…he said that the delivery boy will come and pick up the product and will send you the right one but he didn’t….fraud… Don’t fall into the trap of this shop…..
