My name is Nagaraju. I have ordered realme buds air 2 in Amazon. But I received Product with multiple issues. And I returned that same product to the Amazon but they are saying that was wrong product. Actually what they are send the product same I returned. I don’t know how that happens and when I contacted the customer service they are speaking rude and disconnected the call in the middle conversation. Please solve issue sir. Please help me to give the refund of 3299 rupees or send the intact product.
