On 23 December 2022 I flew with indigo from pune to Chennai. This
concerned flight 6E 6714. Upon arrival, my baggage was not there in belt 2.
At chennai airport, I immediately submitted a PIR form and they asked me to wait for few minutes and suddenly they said your baggage not arrived chennai. They asked me to leave airport and they said they will call me once they get information about my baggage.
But till next day (24-12-2022) afternoon i didn’t receive any call from indigo team. So i called them and asked for my baggage but they said they didn’t have any information about my baggage and they asked for some time to find my baggage. Today(25-12-2022) i have called many times and asked for my baggage they finally said your baggage is in Kolkata i was shocked because i came from pune to chennai why my bag was in Kolkata. Worst thing to happen on my first flight experience with indigo.
They said they will deliver by tonight and i received a call from indigo team at 7pm they said your baggage is found in torn condition and will deliver it by tonight.
I received my baggage at 9:40pm (25-12-2022) in torn condition and all of my sweets are in spoiled condition.
Now they are bot providing compensation to my torn bag. They are only saying they will give travel voucher. But i dont want travel voucher, i need money to buy a new bag.
