Recent I booked clothes in shriom9 franchise They send me like waste clothes rupees worth 499/- I want my money back please help for this scam

Same here ..i too just today I recived the same all torned clothes and old clothes ..which I ordered and which i got is completely mess..i need to complaint on this they charged 499/- for this I need refund ..wher to compliant .no contact number to reach them ..
