Paytm told me that they will refund in 24 hours but since 19 October they are saying wait for 24 hours. Now it’s 23 october and they blocked me from contacting customer care.. I received faulty laptop which is not even working as expected.. No operating system is able to run on it.. The hardware is completely defective. Even paytm asked me for proofs and I gave them 7 proofs of faulty product. Seal was broken. Order was of windows laptop but received linux based which is still not working. And many other issues.. Hard drive is faulty and so on..
