We purchased Ray-Ban Retro Square Sunglass from flipkart 3 months back. Recently we checked that sunglass in the Ray ban showroom, but from the brand showroom we understood that the product we got that is not original and the serial number is different. The seller has been delivered duplicate product in original brand name with 2 year warranty. We contacted flipkart for service but they are denying to give any support or service, we contacted brand for warranty they are saying the product received from flipkart is nongenuine we cant provide service like that
