Sir/ma’am, my name is shaik mehaboob. I have ordered realme c30 mobile phone from Flipkart and it is delivered on 10th October, which is defective. The website of Flipkart shows that the phone has 7 day replacement option for the defective products. So, I have reached to the Flipkart customer support they said that I have to contact realme service center, I took number from Flipkart and contacted realme service center they said I have to visit service center in koppal district of Karnataka which is almost 80km from where I reside. So, refused to visit center and I wanted replacement of a phone. The realme service center executive told me to contact Flipkart. And I did. The Flipkart customer support executive told me to again contact realme company because they said they will replace the phone and the lady from Flipkart told me that she can’t do any thing and she told me to contact realme service center again and again i did so. The realme service center again told me to contact Flipkart. And almost 15 times I have called several Flipkart and realme service center executives but they are blaming eachother for the replacement of the phone. Now iam fedup with the Flipkart company I just want my refund. I don’t want to deal with the Flipkart company anymore. Please help me to get my money back.
