dear sir I order mobile from Flipkart on 02 May 2023 the mobile price is 18049 rupees I received defective mobile then I call Flipkart customer care to return or replacement for mobile they are telling open box delivery attempt by you I can not return this product then I told Flipkart customer care sir you are delivered open box mobile phone but they not checked my mobile my mobile is working or not on Flipkart kar website 7day to replacement and return showing policy but they are not helping to return or replacement for mobile .I want to refund from Flipkart 18049 rupees my order I’d of Flipkart ID – OD327986016678639100. Please help me as soon as possible.
