I have received a four seater dining table on 19/12/30.
I opened it to fix up and realized that I received one with manufacturing defect .
Grooves were mis matching .seating finish was poor .
I placed a request for return .
I have image of table legs too .
Received a consent for return with deadline till 31/12/20 .
Not resolved I approached again with resolution time for five to seven working days .
It is not resolved ,so approached again .
Return was accepted bank account number and statement were furnished .
Now I received message that it shall be replaced as against return
