i am purchase a phone on the flipkart site the moodel name is redmi note 12 pro
and the cost of this product is 24999 ,
i am exchange a phone redmi note 10s the exchanged price is 8400 ,
the new phone i’m received that is used and scretches one display and i want refund but flipkart not help me
